Sweet! I wonder if they'll play "Lucky".According to the event poster, there are a few others playing that night, so I hope we get a nice batch of songs. Anyone else want to go too?

Bullshit! They canceled this show in Grand Rapids to play Vegas. Then rescheduled it in Orlando. (I wouldn't want to be in Grand Rapids in March either)

I am almost in the same situation. I was going to go to the Grand Rapids show but it was cancelled. I am in Orlando but leave on the Tuesday before the Orlando show. At least I am back in IL for the 30th show. I got excited when there was a slight chance I could have seen them 3 times in 1 month.

I'm seriously debating this show and heading there with my fiancée...The main problem is that I work Friday nights/all weekends, and I'm already taking off the next weekend so she and I can move into our new apartment, and then a month later for like 3 solid weeks for the wedding/honeymoon...

wow...the wedding is soon! I'm a girl so I want details. But you're a guy so I guess I won't hear them. Are you going somewhere for your honeymoon?I'd think I'd ditch work for a Ross/Thomas acoustic joint.

April 29th, in St. Augustine, so y'all can all have a drink for me then... As to details, I know them all--I just pretend not to because she's cuter when she's angry... Honeymoon is out in Park City, Utah, so that'll be nice. I'd ditch work if I could, but I'm already going to be gone the weekend after the show the whole weekend for moving into our new apartment then, and then again a month after that for a solid two and a half weeks for the wedding and honeymoon, so I'm trying to be really really careful about the time off that I request. That's why I don't think I can justify asking off for the show And the woman holds it against me, because last time we saw 7M3 was at the Dis/Location release show in Orlando, and I ripped her jeans a little (tugged on the belt loop while holding her during "Blue Letter") and made a small hold back by one of the belt loops. Nothing big that anyone other than us knows is there, but she blows it way out of proportion

so, I called the number on the tour page to get tickets and the girl said that I had to call this other number, so she gave me the number and I called it and it was a cell phone for some spanish guy...so I call her back and she repeats the same number I had called....and takes my name and number to call me back...but hasn't called yet and I don't expect her to....It is orlando afterall, so I would expect the show to be well attended and I don't want to chance not getting a ticket.... has anyone gotten one yet?? Otherwise....Steve....Steve.....calling Steve to the board....

The tour page has an email info for tix. Also, here's what the art show is about (via Orlando Sentinel), and concert stuff at the bottom: Don't Miss: 'A Journey Through Show Posters, 1985 - 2005' WHAT: It's a little trip down memory lane -- we were there along with promoter Jim Faherty for his 1991 Figurehead Records show featuring the Pixies and Pere Ubu at the Beacham Theater (R.I.P.), how about you? Besides bringing great music to Orlando for decades, Figurehead was known for its posters -- this show collects designs by Lure, Eye Noise, Stainboy, Juicy Temples and more, from concerts by Pavement, fIREHOSE, Smashing Pumpkins, Guided By Voices, Jonathan Richman, Sonic Youth, The Replacements, Husker Du and too many more to name. WHEN: Thursday through April 12. Regular hours are 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Saturday. WHERE: Kiene-Quigley Gallery, City Arts Factory, Pine Street and Orange Avenue, downtown Orlando. COST: Free. CALL: 321-299-4047 WHAT ELSE: This show celebrates Faherty's opening, along with Gene Zimmerman, of the new Pound Gallery, also in CityArts Factory. At next Friday's grand opening, catch musical guests Townsmen of a Stiller Town (Jason Ross and Thomas Juliano of Seven Mary Three), Ben Nichols of Lucero and Roadside Giant at 9 p.m., $10.

The exhibit closes at 7pm, then the show starts at 9pm...that kinda sucks, cause I wanted to see the exhibit but I don't want to sit around for two hours afterwards...

The actual flu (aka influenza) or a stomach bug, which is NOT the flu? Right Sarah? If it was a stomach thing it was probably all that Skyline Chili. Glad you are better...I wondered where you were. [This message has been edited by treesalyn (edited 03-23-2007).]

It was like a stomach bug or something...I call it the flu, but you can call it "throwing up and shitting", if it makes you feel better...Crab Man - the charger arrived today...good to go.

No matter what you call it, it sucks! Though you are correct Trees. It was probably Norovirus. It has been going around. I had it Sunday after Cincy show. It kicked my ass and poor Brian got stuck driving the whole way back to NC.

I haven't thrown up since 1984. I just had the worst meal ever at Perkins, so that might change soon.
